Whats not to love about our public newspaper another missrep on FSBO's

I love it, today the Orlando slantenal has a blazing headline that FSBOs sell faster and for more money than a Realtor handled sale.  Yet if you read the article they fess up to the fact that.  First the FSBO normally under prices their home and more importantly they sell it to some one they know.  Opps no wonder it goes so fast.   It used to be that only 10% of the FSBOs sold to someone they did not know.  Today it has dropped to 7%.  Thats right so if you know someone who wants to buy your house guess what.  You don't need a Realtor.  Other wise you can plant that sign in the yard and wait, and wait, and wait because 7% of the time you will find a buyer.  Humm
