On the day of the auction the Realtor can guide you through the maze of people and lines to assure you have all your necessary documents and are prepared when your home or homes come up. They will also provide you with a list of most recent sales in that area so you will have timely information once the bidding begins. We suggest identifying your “walk away price” as the heat of the auction things get moving very fast.
